York Place, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a project drenched in sophisticated cohesion, playful patterns, and complimentary textures. This 3-bedroom condo is a twist of contemporary, modern, and mid-century modern styles. While this space utilized more neutral colors, and natural wood tones for it's base, the playful use of color shined through to surprise you at every turn. DIY's and craftsmanship were a major player in this project to keep things unique and personalized. While DIY's aided in costs savings, the use of high and low end furnishings also proved that it can be done, and still look like a high-end home.
